A Family Tradition Since 2011
What started as a way to spend more time together as a family has grown into Gretna's most beloved summer tradition. Every summer, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, we set up our shack at the Gretna Ace Hardware and bring the whole family along for the ride.
Our kids help with everything — from making the syrups at our local commercial kitchen to setting up and tearing down each day. Every cup of shaved ice is made with love, using locally crafted syrups and perfectly shaved ice. It's not just a business — it's how we make memories together.
